Just when you thought American Witch Hazel couldn’t get any better, ‘Copper Curls’ enters the scene. Much like the species type, this cultivar of Common Witch Hazel grows as a very manageable medium to large vase shaped shrub. ‘Copper Curls’ departs from the typical yellow petalled flowers, instead showcasing gorgeous burnt-orange to, you guessed it, copper colored petals. The petals also have a lovely, crinkled look to them reminiscent of a curled ribbon. Truly a staple in anyone’s garden!
