Stoneleigh Native Plant Sale FAQ
This year’s Stoneleigh Native Plant Sale features more than 300 varieties of our favorite native plants—including more than 100 new offerings. From classic favorites to unique and hard-to-find selections, you’re bound to find the perfect plant to add beauty and biodiversity to your garden.
Shop online during the month of April, then pick out your pre-purchased plants on April 25 or April 26 at Stoneleigh. During plant order pick-up, browse a selection of additional plants, connect with fellow plant lovers, seek gardening advice from our experts, or simply enjoy a spring day at Stoneleigh.
Bring your own wagon or cart. Please make sure that your vehicle can adequately accommodate the plants you’ve ordered.
Can I browse the plant list before the sale begins?
Yes. Plants are available to preview online from April 6 to 10. As a reminder, plants won’t be available for purchase during this time.
Do I need to register or sign up to participate in the Native Plant Sale?
No. All Natural Lands members will automatically receive an email with the password to access the Members Only online shopping day on Saturday, April 11 at 8:00am.

How do I get my member password for Saturday's online sale?
Members will receive an email with their members-only special password beginning in early April and a final reminder email the day before the online sale opens. This password is needed to enter the site to shop on April 11.
Can’t find your password? Check your spam folder. Please do not share your password with anyone.
I’m having trouble accessing the online sale site. What do I do?
Try a different browser. We recommend using Google Chrome or Firefox.
How do I make sure I get the plants I want?
Plants sell out very quickly. Adding plants to your cart does not hold them for you. We recommend buying the plants you really really want first, and then coming back to place another order.

How do I enter the site using my special password?
Click the button in the upper right that says "Enter Using Password". On the next screen, type the special password into the box.
Will Stoneleigh: a natural garden be open during the pickup weekend?
Yes, the garden will be open from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on April 25 and April 26.
Will I be able to buy plants on site?
Yes, there will be an additional selection of plants for sale on site on April 25 and April 26.
Can I call in my order?
No, all orders must be placed online.
Can I place multiple orders?
Yes. Use the same email for each order and we can group your orders together. If you’re placing multiple orders, no need to choose a pickup time for each – we’ll just use the pickup time from your first order.
When will my order be ready?
Your order will be ready to pick out on Saturday, April 25 or Sunday, April 26 during your selected pickup time. Please do not pick up your plants before or after your selected time. We have timed pick-ups to allow adequate parking for guests and for plant sale participants.

Where do I pick up my order?
Orders are picked up at Stoneleigh: a natural garden. Park in the main parking lot located at 1829 County Line Road, Villanova, PA, 19085. You will pick out your plants. Volunteers will be available to help you transport plants to your car. We strongly encourage bringing your own wagon and preparing your car with boxes or blankets for loading.
What do I need to say or show to pick up my order?
Check in with staff and volunteers using the first and last name on the order. They will have a copy of your order available. No need to bring a printed copy of your order or the receipt.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes. You can either add their name, email, and phone to the pickup option in checkout, or they can give your first and last name at the check-in table during the pickup time you selected.
What happens if it is raining during my pickup time?
Plant pickups are rain or shine.
What do I do if there’s an issue with my order or I want to change my order before the pickup time?
