With its large, heart-shaped leaves and airy clouds of flowers with dainty, white petals, Schreber's Aster is perfect for adding a little pizzazz to those tough places and dry shady spots. In the wild, you’ll find it gracing woodland edges, thickets and riparian zones. It forms thick clumps of ground-covering foliage that are often mistaken for bigleaf aster. As a perennial that tolerates sun and shade, it’s a great choice for an effective groundcover.
