You’ve never seen a leaf like this! Dark green, five-pointed leaves appear as though they were painted with flecks of rich gold and yellow. In the fall, the foliage turns to glorious shades of pink and scarlet. Truly a feast for the eyes throughout the year! The birds will love it for the spiky brown fruits that emerge after the leaves. Site this tree in a sunny spot, but keep it watered when it’s small. Once established, this sweetgum is more drought tolerant.
